Respected Denver-based interior design and new home model merchandising firm, Lita Dirks & Co. was instrumental in helping local Colorado Springs homebuilder, Campbell Homes win big at this year’s Parade of Homes.

More than 5,500 people toured the winning Carnegie Model at the Cordera community during the Parade. “Teamwork and creativity captured the eyes of the judges,” said Lita Dirks, owner and president of the prestigious interior design firm, adding, “Collaborating with such a great builder like Campbell Homes, along with Shelley LaJudice of The Marketing Group, made the work easier and receiving the awards that much more satisfying.
