Family Saved From Moving Nightmare By Housebuilder

  
Moving home can be a stressful time, particularly when at the last minute things don’t go according to plan!
 
For Sheffield family Anya Jozwiak, Matt Woodward and their son Arthur, their private house sale was going well until their buyer retracted their commitment to purchase just one week before completion.  The family was devastated after setting their heart on a brand new home in Gringley-on-the-Hill, near Doncaster, just a few miles away from Matt’s parents’ home. 
 
Anya said: “We had set our hearts on our new home, everything was organised we were even planning how we would arrange our furniture, and it was so disheartening to see our dreams crumble.  Thankfully, the builders of our new home, Miller Homes, came to our rescue working out a Home Exchange proposal for us meaning things quickly got back on track.  And four weeks later, we moved in!”
 
Anya, 33, and Matt, 37, who both work in recruitment, have relocated from Sheffield to be closer to Matt’s parents to help with childcare. They were particularly drawn to Minster View in Gringley-on-the-Hill for its stunning location and the quality of the homes on offer.
