H&M finally opens its first store in Serbia

More than 2,500 people lined up in front of the Delta City shopping mall in Belgrade before the opening of the first H&M store in Serbia. The doors opened at 11 am and welcomed the crowd into the approximate 2,200 square meter store.

The first 300 visitors waiting in the line received a voucher with a value of 1,500 dinars, and all customers got the 20% discount for purchasing one of their favourite fashion item.

Country Manager Claudia Oszwald and Store Manager Niksa Stancic cut the ribbon at public opening.

“We have had an amazing response from our customers here in Belgrade on the first day of the opening and we look forward to bringing H&M’s concept of fashion and quality at the best price to Serbia. We know that people in Serbia are familiar with H&M brand shopping in other countries but from today Serbia is a hot spot on the H&M world map especially for this region,” says Claudia Oszwald, Country Manager in Serbia.

H&M store carries a complete range of fashion and accessories for women, men, youth and children with new items in store daily. Some of fall’s key looks for women include angora knits, body-con dresses and printed leggings. Menswear is all about personal style with relaxed outfits such as varsity jackets and cardigan as outerwear.

Featuring a special discount for this occasion, H&M will present a trendy assortment for women, men, teenagers and children, including sportswear, lingerie, fashion accessories.

Regular opening hours of the H&M store will be from 10.00 to 22.00 daily.
