Three Veteran Industrial Hygiene, IAQ & Environmental Professionals Join the Growing Team at CSC

Clark Seif Clark is pleased to announce that Dianne Franks, Emmanuel Lao and Marie Tullai have joined the company’s expanding roster of environmental, industrial hygiene and building science experts. 
 
The knowledge and training of the experts at CSC have helped set the company apart from other environmental consulting firms for over two decades.  The addition of these three seasoned professionals continues this trend and provides CSC’s clients with additional expertise and resources.
 
Dianne Franks and Emmanuel Loa are CSC’s newest Project Managers.  Dianne is a certified QSD/QSP and brings over 20 years of environmental regulatory compliance knowledge to CSC.  Emmanuel holds a bachelor in engineering management. His engineering education and expertise in industrial hygiene and environmental management provides CSC with yet another seasoned professional.  Marie Tullai, CIH, is CSC’s new Technical Director.  Her areas of expertise include asbestos, lead-based paint, radon, industrial hygiene, mold and indoor air quality (IAQ).
