Online fashion retailer Missguided launches their scorching new campaign ‘Barcelona Heat’
Shot in the sun-drenched Spanish city of Barcelona, Missguided have taken women’s fashion to the next level for their brand new 2013 campaign. The urban back drop of this laid-back city offered the perfect location to reflect the youth culture of today, with the team scouting out the best locations.
Concrete skate parks, the yellow sandy beach and roads adorned with street art were the settings as the midday sun shimmered over the city. Off-the-cuff styled outfits were worn by the utterly beautiful but ‘don’t mess with me’ Brazilian model. Her eye popping red pout, long limbs and show-stopping style caused a stir with the locals as they went about their daily business, and she was most certainly an unexpected sight against the grey concrete walls.
 
Bold and brightly painted walls were used as the perfect surroundings for a hot pink bodycon and a tropical print bustier teamed with ghetto-chic gold. Meanwhile, an exquisite sequin detailed skater dress commanded attention when set against the stark concrete port, whilst sequins and neon embellishments glittered in the sun.
 
Separates with a fishnet overlay, an acid wash denim jacket and an oil-slick pencil skirt were worn with an oversized checked shirt tied casually around the waist. A diverse range of dresses were given a street edge with the addition of oversized snapbacks, platform high tops and studded rucksacks.
 
As the last few rays of sunlight were squeezed from the day, the flawless model, dressed in a fierce cut out bodycon from Missguided AU, was seen on a hotel rooftop, with the skyline of the city stretching out to the mountains in the distance.
