Groups planning a program with Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe will find the perfect option to meet their needs with the new “Your Event, Your Choice” package.

“Every group has its own unique needs; our goal is to customize each individual program with a menu of choices,” says Director of Sales Frank Lococo. “Complimentary sunrise yoga and a scenic hike around the property are a natural fit for active groups, while a complimentary signature welcome beverage is a great touch for those looking to make a memorable first impression.”

The menu of choices includes activity options such as yoga, hiking or Spa treatment incentives. Food and beverage choices include a complimentary welcome beverage, mid-morning or afternoon coffee break, and daily continental breakfast for staff. Additional options range from airport transfers and audio visual incentives to guest room upgrades based on number of rooms booked.

Groups booking between 20 and 50 total rooms may select their choice of three options from the menu of choices. Those booking between 51 and 150 total room nights receive a choice of five selections, and programs of more than 150 total rooms night can opt for seven inclusions.

The “Your Event, Your Choice” package is valid for groups booking prior to December 20, 2013, and is for programs booked in 2014. The offer is not vald for programs booked for June to September, or on programs previously booked.
