From April 1, new laws affecting the personal injury claims sector were introduced in Britain. The changes included a reduction in the amount of money solicitors get per claim pursued, along with the opportunity for solicitors to claim up to 25 per cent of the compensation received by the victim of a road traffic accident.
 
However, despite legislative changes, and the fact solicitors firms are now able to charge clients a success fee equivalent to a quarter of the compensation received, Sorrymate has insisted it will continue to pass on 100 per cent of any compensation to victims of motorbike and cycle accidents.
