BLUE BELL, Pa., – Unisys Corporation (NYSE: UIS) announced today that it continues to deepen its capabilities as a leading provider of BMC Software’s cloud-based Remedy IT Service Management (ITSM) service and solutions. Unisys currently serves more than 130 clients worldwide through its BMC Remedy ITSM platform, including such leading organizations as the American Red Cross.

In June 2012, Unisys announced a comprehensive suite of cloud-based ITSM services and solutions aimed at helping organizations improve the delivery of IT support services to their end users while simplifying service operations and reducing capital and operating costs. The new Unisys offerings include a software-as-a-service version of the BMC Remedy technology along with a range of consulting, implementation and maintenance services.

As a value-added service, Unisys also provides a consumer-style self-service web portal where end users can navigate their organization’s service catalog and prioritize service delivery by identifying support services they need most urgently.
