Accidents Happen; CognitiveTPG’s New Spill Guard and Spill Warranty Protect Against Accidents to Ensure Continuous Printing on A798 and A799 POS Printers

Ithaca, NY – April 4, 2013 –– CognitiveTPG is pleased to introduce a new accessory designed to provide their A798 and A799 receipt printers with an added level of protection from environmental hazards.  The easy to install spill guard retails for $20 and offers supplementary defense against daily spills and splashes that are particularly inherent to the hospitality food service industry. 
 
CognitiveTPG POS printers are designed with built-in internal and external dams and gutters to prevent damage to the print mechanism.  The new spill guard accessory complements these features to provide added protection and ensure continuous printing even in the most challenging POS environment.  And the spill guard’s low profile means the printer maintains its same compact height, while the translucent cover allows for visual confirmation of the printed receipt and printer status.
