Taking place at the Acropolis convention center in Nice, France 29-30 May, the event brings together more than 1,000 enterprise users, specifiers and providers to discuss key themes including energy efficiency, cloud evolution, DCIM, convergence, finance and investment, market outlook and opportunities among other topics in the datacenter and cloud sector.

Uniquely the 2013 two-day event will contain a series of five masterclasses in the largest content programme so far, and will include 100 speakers across 4 theaters in addition to a Datacentre Demo theatre, training sessions and a datacentre clinic. Reflecting the strong vertical market focus, the event this year also features a series of roundtable discussions with European CIOs who will discuss challenges they confront across Cloud, and specifically for telco and enterprises.

“Nowadays datacenters must respond to the Cloud’s requirements by combining Energy Efficiency and High Availability, while at the same time adapting to the speed of business and ever-changing business needs. Only a Standardized and Modular Solution with an integrated management will be able to address this combined challenge.” commented Paul-François Cattier, Global Vice President for Datacenters at Schneider Electric. “I look forward to share these mission critical issues at this major annual conference in Nice.”

“We are delighted once again to welcome Schneider Electric and their team of global experts to the event,” commented Warwick Dunkley, vice president of BroadGroup, the event researcher and producer. “The calibre of debate and tremendous quality of content will be complemented by their participation in this flagship event.”

Sponsors of the event include Schneider Electric, Hewlett Packard, Bird & Bird, eco Verband der deutschen Internetwirtschaft e.V., APL, MigSolv, Cofely GDF Suez, Siemens, Invest in Iceland, Scholzegruppe, Future Facilities, ABB, Bouygues, EBRC, DEF, Scottish Development International and the European Data Centre Association (EUDCA). The event also includes the annual European Code of Conduct Awards and an industry exhibition with more than 70 companies represented.
