DataCentres Europe 2013 launched with Schneider Electric as patron of event

Paris 12 February 2013 – DataCentres Europe 2013, Europe’s premier content driven event for CIOs, end users, telcos, datacenter operators, cloud players, energy specialists, solutions providers and companies engaged in the sector, is pleased to announce it has launched with the global specialist in energy management, Schneider Electric, as Patron of the event. Taking place at the Acropolis convention center in Nice, France 29-30 May, the event brings together more than 1,000 enterprise users, specifiers and providers to discuss key themes including energy efficiency, cloud evolution, DCIM, convergence, finance and investment, market outlook and opportunities among other topics in the datacenter and cloud sector.
 
Uniquely the 2013 two-day event will contain a series of five masterclasses in the largest content programme so far, and will include 100 speakers across 4 theaters in addition to a Datacentre Demo theatre, training sessions and a datacentre clinic. Reflecting the strong vertical market focus, the event this year also features a series of roundtable discussions with European CIOs who will discuss challenges they confront across Cloud, and specifically for telco and enterprises.
