New York, New York – (February 5, 2013) – Kris Sorbie, Redken Education Artistic Director, a world renowned leader in trend setting hair color techniques like the Ombré announced the launch of her new Mentoring Program at the 2013 Redken Symposium in Las Vegas.

The Mentoring Program will help hairdressers of all levels and abilities to discover new talents, create techniques and develop ideas to further their career and pave the way for greater professional and financial success. The Program is available to stylists, salon owners, educators and students who want to take their talents to the next level.

Mentoring programs are flexible and focused on helping stylists and others achieve the success and recognition in the beauty industry they deserve. Classes are custom designed for teams or one-on-one and are available in person or by phone. Those in the programs have the option to discover and create techniques in color, finishing, and up styling, be coached on platform work and in the makings of a great photo shoot.

Kris has already revolutionized education for the beauty industry with the release of her TOUCHPRO2.0 educational app that has been downloaded by nearly 20,000 hairstylists since its release in January of 2012. It features relevant consultations, daily tips, color techniques and formulas, inspirational images and videos of up styling, as well as a portfolio feature to store before & after images and notes for clients.
