Taggarts Jaguar is delighted to invite its customers to hear Callum Skinner talk about his cycling career at the Velo-Jaguar event, being held on Saturday February 2nd and Sunday February 3rd.

Skinner will be joining customers and staff at Taggarts Glasgow on Saturday 2nd February and Taggarts Motherwell between 11am and 1pm on Sunday 3rd February to talk about his training and the experience of becoming British Cycling Champion. There will also be a question and answer session where attendees will have the opportunity to ask Skinner about his career and their own cycling training.

The Jaguar XF Sportbrake, which was used as the official support vehicle for Team SKY during the Tour de France, will also be on display for visitors to view and test drive. One of the car’s key features is its generous 1,675 litres of luggage space, which is perfect for accommodating cycling gear.

Chloe Gerber, Group Marketing Manager at Taggarts Jaguar commented, “We’re thrilled that Callum will be joining us at our event. He’s a true inspiration for budding cyclists and with a number of titles already under his belt, is a great ambassador for the sport. We look forward to hearing more about his career and offering our customers the chance to ask him their questions.”

Skinner took up track cycling after watching fellow Scotsman, Sir Chris Hoy, win Gold in the Kilo at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. He is currently British Champion and European number three.
