PS’Soft Names Paul Rochester CEO

Redwood Shores, California – July 19th, 2006 – IT Services Management software company PS’Soft Inc. today named Paul Rochester as the company’s new chief executive officer. Rochester joined PS’Soft to launch the company globally with new worldwide headquarters in the United States, and offices in the United States, France and the UK.

Rochester brings more than 30 years of executive leadership in capacities including sales, management consulting and general management. He was recently President and CEO of Conformative Systems, an XML appliance company that was bought by Intel in 2005. Prior to Conformative, Rochester was vice president and general manager of the global professional services division for Sun Microsystems, Inc., one of Sun’s fastest growing businesses with a 50 percent per year compounded growth rate. This billion dollar division eventually became a field force of more than 5,000 professionals on six continents and Rochester’s responsibilities expanded to include Sun’s internal global IT, call center and network infrastructure involving over 5,000 servers and 30,000 desktops worldwide.

Prior to Sun, Rochester was a senior partner with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), and before that held senior positions with Ernst & Young, SHL Systemhouse and Honeywell Information Systems. Rochester holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada.
