Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy Divorce Online; the Story Ends in 2013

Most people wouldn’t typically think of Bethenny of Housewives of New York fame when putting together their short list of celebrities most likely to get divorced in 2013, but sadly, that seems to be exactly what’s happening.
 
In an online divorce quote about her marriage, Bethenny stated, “It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating. This was an extremely difficult decision that as a woman and a mother, I have to accept as the best choice for our family.”
 
While much of Bethenny and her husband’s infighting had been caught on camera on her well-known Bravo television series, Bethenny Ever After, most fans of the show, and certainly the show’s producer Andy Cohen, all seemed to think most of the disagreements were par for the course for a couple of this magnitude.
 
Sadly, Bethenny’s announcement of their divorce online comes as no surprise to reporters at online rags like RadarOnline.com, TMZ, Perez Hilton, and the like. Sources close to the couple say that fights over anything and everything had gotten serious, and with Bethenny’s earnings easily topping the one hundred million-dollar mark, many accuse Jason Hoppy of plain and simple jealousy.
 
But word of a divorce online in 2013 may be the best thing that’s happened to Bethenny’s career in a long, long time. According to a source quoted by RadarOnline, “She’s very smart. She will spin this into gold (…) Her talk show will now be of interest to single moms and single women.”
 
Could it be that simple? When it comes to her career, so far getting things done and earning money and good ratings have seemed easy for Bethenny Frankel. Hopefully, her divorce will go smoothly and will work out in the best possible way for the couple’s young daughter. As the entertainment world has shown us, not all celebrity couples know how to get a divorce without a lot of blood, sweat, and mostly tears.
