DENVER, Colorado, November 20, 2012 – Subsentio, a Trusted Third Party service bureau for Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance (LAES), today announced the appointment of Glen Myers as its Chief Technology Officer.

Dr. Myers is an industry veteran who has successfully founded several technology companies including RadiSys and IP Fabrics. He has a PhD in Computer Science from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University and currently serves as the Chairperson for the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) subcommittee on Lawfully Authorized Electronic Surveillance standards where he has been an active contributor in Voice over Internet Protocol and Internet broadband standards.

“Adding Glen to our staff of electronic surveillance veterans will raise Subsentio to a new level of innovation in solving the many technical challenges facing the LAES industry”, said President Steve Bock. “I’ve followed Glen’s career for years so we’re honored to have someone of his caliber leading our technology solutions group.”

“I look forward to bringing my knowledge of the interception standards and their implementation to Subsentio, and being able to deploy those in emerging technologies such as LTE,” Glen said. “There is a definite need for standards to keep up with the rapidly changing world of telecommunications. Subsentio’s law enforcement experience gives me the ability to work in a collaborative way to help service providers meet the needs of law enforcement while still staying within the unique boundaries of United States electronic surveillance law.”

Steve Bock added, “Glen will help us to fulfill our vision for providing low cost, reliable solutions so that there is universal compliance with the electronic surveillance requirements for telecommunications companies. In our experience, even small service providers receive court orders, so it’s important that we continue to keep the costs of compliance low. Glen’s knowledge and expertise will be a critical component of bringing that cost curve down.”

All of Subsentio’s Trusted Third Party solutions have been fully tested with law enforcement and are currently being used to successfully perform lawful intercepts in a variety of networks. These solutions are a cost effective and reliable method of performing CALEA compliant electronic surveillance and like all of Subsentio’s Trusted Third Party services are backed by Subsentio’s full indemnification against non-compliance penalties.

Subsentio, Inc. is trusted by both service providers and law enforcement agencies to perform court ordered lawful electronic surveillance. Based in Centennial, CO the company has national, regional and rural service provider clients. Information can be found at www.subsentio.com
