Valhalla, N.Y., October 24, 2012 – FUJIFILM North America Corporation today announced that it will present the all new FUJIFILM X-E1 interchangeable lens system and the premium FUJIFILM XF1 compact digital camera at the PhotoPlus International Expo on October 25 – 27 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. “We are very excited for this year’s PhotoPlus Expo in New York City, and appreciate the opportunity to show photographers, retailers and consumers the all new FUJIFILM X-E1 and XF1 digital cameras,” said Manny Almeida, senior vice president and general manager, Imaging and Electronic Imaging Divisions, FUJIFILM North America Corporation. “And along with our extraordinary digital camera line, we will also have our exciting INSTAX instant film cameras, new X-Series cases, and a selection of professional photo printing solutions that illustrate how Fujifilm is truly a full service photo company.”

New FUJIFILM X-Series Digital Cameras
Announced just weeks ago, the new FUJIFILM X-E1 will be available for visitors to experience the latest addition to the advanced X-Series digital camera line. The FUJIFILM X-E1 follows in the tradition of the award-winning FUJIFILM X-Pro1 and utilizes the same proprietary 16.3 Megapixel APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensorTM and the same X-Mount for use with FUJINON XF lenses, all in a body that is 30% smaller than the FUJIFILM X-Pro1.

Fujifilm will also showcase the innovative FUJIFILM XF1, announced last month at Photokina 2012 in Germany, which combines an amazingly fast and newly developed FUJINON F1.8 wide angle lens with 4x manual zoom coupled with a large 2/3-inch 12 Megapixel EXR CMOS sensor. The XF1 delivers extraordinary image quality, all in a remarkable design that is unlike any other camera.

FUJIFILM XF1 Premium Cases
New for PhotoPlus Expo 2012, Fujifilm will showcase two new premium cases designed specifically for the refined FUJIFILM XF1 digital camera – a binocular-style case featuring top grain leather with a cotton plaid interior, and a soft leather case with a convenient lens cutout, both of which are perfect accessories for the must-see XF1 digital camera.

Fujifilm FinePix Digital Cameras
Fujifilm will also be showing its full line of FinePix digital cameras that offer a wide range of the features and benefits that consumers are looking for today, including long zoom bridge style cameras, advanced compact long zoom cameras, and the stylish and rugged XP-Series of outdoor cameras that offer waterproof, shockproof, freezeproof and dustproof protection.

Fujifilm INSTAX Instant Film Cameras
For those photographers and consumers who love instant prints, Fujifilm will also showcase the fun and unique INSTAX Mini 7S instant film camera, dubbed “The Official Party Camera,” along with the full line of INSTAX instant film cameras. Fujifilm INSTAX cameras are fantastic instant photo print solutions that are perfect for every gathering with family and friends, and allow consumers to instantly capture and share great moments in their life.

Fujifilm USB Flash Media
Fujifilm will also show two new USB flash storage solutions that give users large capacities in functional and stylish designs. The Fujifilm USB water and shock resistant flash drives come in 32GB, 16GB and 8GB capacities and include extra accessories – a carabiner, cap keeper and key ring – for an outstanding value for active lifestyle consumers that need reliable, portable storage. A second Fujifilm USB storage option, a capless slider, will also be available in 32GB, 16GB and 8GB capacities for maximum value and ease of use.

Fujifilm Professional Printing Products
Fujifilm will also demonstrate remarkable printing image quality from a range of professional printing equipment, including the Fujifilm Frontier DL600 dry minilab, the Xerox Phaser® 6270 Photobook Printer and the Epson/Fujifilm Stylus Pro poster printer as a professional photographer takes pictures of booth visitors in front of a Green Screen, and then prints images on-site. Fujifilm will also display a variety of narrow and wide format as well as silver halide printing materials in a hanging media gallery, photo wall décor ideas, and a selection of amazingly high resolution silver halide photo books that capture photographers’ most creative projects in stunning beauty.
