Free Community Workshop: A Roadmap to Health Care Decision Making
Saturday, November 17 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.


Family members, caregivers and anyone in the community impacted by chronic or serious illness are encouraged to attend and learn how to ensure that your healthcare wishes are met, especially when you are unable to advocate for yourself. Medical and Legal Experts will discuss

  • Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare
  • Getting your legal affairs in order
  • Q&A Panel with Presenters

Free Tours of California’s only specially-licensed Hospice-Hospital
San Diego Hospice Inpatient Care Center


The public is invited to tour San Diego Hospice’s world-renowned Inpatient Care Center on the following dates and times:
  • Thursday, November 8, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Friday, November 9, from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, November 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
