Codina Partners Names Fairchild Partners As Exclusive Leasing Agent for Downtown Doral commercial Real Estate Portfolio

Coral Gables, Fla. – (September 21, 2012) – Codina Partners, a real estate investment and development firm, has named Fairchild Partners as the exclusive leasing agent for its Downtown Doral commercial real estate holdings. The 852,436-square-foot portfolio assignment, which spans seven office buildings and preleasing for one planned new building within the mixed-use community, will be overseen by Fairchild founder Jose Juncadella along with senior brokers Maria Juncadella and Tony Puente.  The announcement was made by Codina Partners founder and Chief Executive Officer Armando Codina.
 
Juncadella worked closely with Armando Codina during Juncadella’s 17-year tenure as senior vice president of Commercial Sales & Leasing at Codina Realty, leading leasing efforts for landmark industrial and office projects including Beacon Centre, Beacon Lakes and Miami Free Zone.
 
“Jose and I have worked side by side on many projects and have a proven history of success,” said Mr. Codina. “Since leaving Codina Realty, he has been an industry powerhouse, building an accomplished record of achievement, and I am happy to have his firm as part of our team.”

Since founding Fairchild Partners, Juncadella and his team have successfully handled regional tenant relocation assignments for Fortune 500 companies including American Express, New York Life and Delta Airlines, as well as corporate headquarter relocations for Ryder System, Mastec and CSA Group. Fairchild currently serves as the exclusive agent for TA Associates Realty’s commercial real estate holdings, a once struggling 300,000-square-foot portfolio that now enjoys occupancy levels of nearly 95 percent.
