Tim Ford, Principal Manger for the UK’s Serious Organized Crime Agency will cover fraud related issues in the European dating market.  SOCA activity focuses on prevention and enforcement aspects in combating fraud, raising public awareness in partnership with the public and private sector. The core message being, to protect victims and potential victims from fraud; identifying fraud enablers, seeking resolution to stem opportunities for fraudsters to exploit weaknesses in processes or regulatory systems.
