EATDenver to Host “Fight Fire with Flavor” Wildfire Relief Benefit

More than 20 of Denver’s top restaurants will participate in fundraiser at Second Home Kitchen + Bar

EATDenver, Colorado’s largest association of independent restaurants, and more then 20 Denver-area bars and restaurants will host the “Fight Fire with Flavor” fundraiser to benefit the Governor’s Colorado Fire Relief Fund. The event will take place on Sunday, Aug. 26 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Second Home Restaurant + Bar at 150 Clayton Lane in Cherry Creek. The public is encouraged to attend to support voluntary fire departments, disaster agencies and other organizations that are incurring unexpected costs to help fire-ravaged communities in the state.
 
In addition to a wide variety of cocktails, wine and beer served by well-known local bartenders at the open bar, the event will include a wide variety of culinary temptations at tasting stations from restaurants including:

Attendees will also enjoy great entertainment including burlesque dancers from Lanie’s Clocktower Cabaret, a kissing booth with local firemen, a silent auction featuring great prizes such as Colorado Wine Country packages, and live music on the Second Home patio.
