YMT Vacations’ People-to-People Exchange Program to Cuba Has Successful Start

EL SEGUNDO, CA – Today, YMT Vacations, the leading provider of affordable group travel packages, announced the company’s brand new Cuba, Its People & Culture program has sold out one itinerary and booked 300 participants six weeks after the program went on sale.  Most of the bookings are from Boston, Seattle, Portland, OR and Tampa, FL and have been driven primarily by online sources and newspapers.  In addition to stays in Havana and Santa Clara, YMT has added visits of colonial Remedios & Cayo Santa Maria to the itinerary for all 13 departure dates.  YMT is one of the few U.S. travel companies authorized to take U.S. citizens to Cuba under a special Department of the Treasury issued People to People license.
