Strategic Wealth Designers Expands Louisville Park Plaza Office Site to Meet Growing Needs

LOUISVILLE, KY (March 15, 2012)—Local financial firm, Strategic Wealth Designers, has doubled their existing office space at the Park Plaza Office Complex.  The firm purchased half of the first floor and now has offices on both the first and second floors of building 9710. Plans are underway to expand further in the future.
 
The new office has been created by state-of-the-art, Louisville designer, Dennis Tapp, Owner of Designs by Dennis.  Tapp says, “A work environment should be as exciting and engaging as a home. My goal was to get away from the boring, staid and predictable. I used colors and textures to introduce surprise and drama. There’s an edginess that delivers a design that’s current and sophisticated”.

CEO and founder Matt Dicken is a radio and television talk show host, an author, and a Louisville based financial advisor. Dicken says, “Now that we have expanded our radio show, added a TV show and continue to receive an enormous amount of referrals from our existing clients, we needed a larger office to accommodate everyone that needs our help.  Having tripled the number of conference rooms we have, we are now able to meet with clients and potential clients in a timelier manner.  In addition to being a massive improvement for our clients, the expanded space has allowed us to add more staff, we are now up to 10 employees and we will be looking to hire more in the near future.”
 
Strategic Wealth Designers, LLC is a financial advisory firm based in Louisville, KY.  Since 2002, they have assisted over 1,200 individuals throughout Kentucky and Indiana with their retirement planning.  The primary focus of the firm has been to create independent financial plans that are simple to understand, provide a reasonable rate of return and have little to no risk.
