Echo Summit Achieves 2011 Revenue Growth of 43%, Expands Operations, Hires New Employees

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado, February 1, 2012 – Echo Summit Property Management, a leading Denver Property Manager, announced today that it grew its revenue by 43% in 2011, and has expanded its operations by acquiring new office space and hiring key new talent in its Marketing and Property Management departments. 
 
In calendar 2011, the company grew to nearly $1.4M in revenue, a 43% increase over the prior year.  This comes on the heels of 47% growth in 2009, and 104% growth in 2008.  In both 2010 and 2011, the Echo Summit was awarded the #1 spot in The Denver Business Journal’s “Fastest Growing Private Companies” list, in the Tier 5 category. The company was founded in 2006.
 
To support the staff and infrastructure required to manage its current 1,000 units, as well as to support the ~60 rental units the company takes on each month, the company has expanded its floor space and floor space commitments by over 80% of the space it currently occupies at its current Greenwood Village location.
 
The company has also made key talent acquisitions in the Marketing department, and the Property Management department, where it hires a new property manager roughly every three months.
