DMEC and Aetna Team Up to Deliver Programs that Increase Workplace Productivity

Aetna (NYSE: AET), one of the nation’s leading providers of disability insurance and employee benefits, is now a Gold national sponsor of the Disability Management Employer Coalition (DMEC).

As one of DMEC’s Gold sponsors, Aetna will play a prominent role in the organization’s key programs, research and conferences, including its new FMLA/ADAAA Compliance Conference slated for the spring of 2012 in Minneapolis, MN, as well as its Annual International Conference to be held in August (Denver, CO).

One new program that the sponsorship will support is the release of DMEC’s Leave Management Survey results, which tracks employer methods, challenges and successes in leave administration, setting a baseline from which to assess future trends.
