Daniel Hollinger Launches School Leader Coaching Services

J Daniel Hollinger, PhD, Founder and President of Hollinger International announces the addition of leadership coaching services for school leaders. Through leadership coaching, Dr. Hollinger helps school leaders become extraordinary leaders and create exceptional schools.

Leadership or executive coaching has been widely recognized for years in the business world as a highly effective way to improve leadership and performance. However, leadership coaching in schools and universities is relatively new. Given the complex challenges of leading schools and universities and the critical importance of strong leadership for the education of our students, leadership coaching is essential for school and university leaders.

In their 1995 research, Joyce and Showers found a significant increase in the implementation of new practices when coaching was part of the learning process. They identified coaching as the “best practice” for producing lasting change in knowledge and practice.
