As a clinical nutritionist in San Antonio, Kay Spears, CCN is passionately committed to the health and longevity of life of everyone she can reach, so you can fulfill your life’s purpose. She can teach you how to restore and maintain your health.
Kay Spears, MS, CCN, nutritionist in San Antonio, and Stephanie Ecke, LPC, LCDC, Life Transformation Counselor and Coach as well as Addiction Therapist, have partnered together to open Balanced Health San Antonio. This is a team of professionals dedicated to helping the community achieve lifelong balance in spirit, mind, and body.

Each of these certified health individuals have their own practices, and are now very excited to offer combined services at a convenient, single location. This group has the resources and tools needed to help the community make positive changes in everyday lives.
