Grray Fashions UK Engage Exact Abacus To Provide Fulfilment Services and Back Office Software

Bolton-based online retailer Grray Fashions UK has contracted Exact Abacus to provide an order processing and stock control software solution, supported by order fulfilment and call centre services.

Grray Fashions UK supplies catwalk trends for ladies and includes their own high quality children’s range under the Ed Joseph branding, building a strong following through its eBay store and own-label website.

Exact Abacus will integrate their 3ex.net back office system with all channels to provide a seamless supply chain, warehouse management and customer services environment. The platform will be shared by Grray and Exact Abacus staff to ensure transparency and efficiency across every operation of the business.

All stock will be managed by Exact Abacus using the advanced Mobile 3ex.net application. This enables warehouse operatives to accurately receipt, put away, pick and pack items using wireless handheld scanners.  Orders received before noon will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery using integrated Royal Mail Packet services.
