Core Physicians Group Achieves Phase 2 Certification of Whiplash Injuries

On August 27, 2011 Core Physicians Group of Highland, Illinois announced that Dr. Faulkner of Highland Illinois recently attended the Phase 2 Certification Program for Whiplash Injuries, sponsored by Logan College of Chiropractic.  

The goal of the certification is to meet the demand of an injured population that desires pain relief, rehab, and proper documentation needed after an automobile collision. The certification seminar includes pain management, physical therapy, and working with auto and injury attorneys.  The clinic director, Dr. Chad Faulkner continues to see new patients and is now welcoming patients who have been involved in an automobile collision.
 
The Core was formed in December 2007 with the intent to provide a one stop healthcare facility for chronic and acute injuries of injuries and stress. Its unique approach to patient care is all about forming a coalition of medical providers into a team. Core Physicians Group is able to better serve their clients by collaborating and communicating with one another about an individual patient’s needs.  The office has been voted by the Highland News Leader as top medical office for two years in a row.  The new whiplash and injury certification is part of Core’s broader goal of serving patients who desire pain relief. 
 
Core focuses on the injury rehab of the patient, the paperwork needed to facilitate the claims, and is open to accepting new patients.
