IDT and Phison Electronics Settle Patent Litigation

SAN JOSE, Calif. – Integrated Device Technology, Inc. (IDT®; NASDAQ: IDTI), the Analog and Digital Company™ delivering essential mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, and Phison Electronics Corp., a Taiwanese global market leader in flash and USB controller technology, announced today that they have reached a settlement of a patent infringement action brought by IDT in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

In the settlement, the terms of which are confidential, IDT licensed certain patents to Phison and the companies agreed to dismiss all claims and counterclaims in the litigation.
