ACS, A Xerox Company, Signs Contract to Provide IT Services for Air Liquide
DALLAS -- ACS, A Xerox Company (NYSE: XRX), today announced it signed a contract with Air Liquide USA LLC to increase the company’s information technology capabilities in North America. Aimed at providing support for expanding business operations, the multi-million dollar agreement is for five-years with a two-year option.
Under the terms of the contract, ACS will deliver a range of managed IT services to Air Liquide, the world leader in gases for industry, health and the environment, including:
- Private cloud services to help accelerate the rollout of new IT solutions and respond to core business needs.
- Transition IT services to the proprietary ACS Management Platform (AMP) to help align the company’s IT infrastructure with its overall business goals.
- Desktop engineering and service desk support designed to provide employees more uptime and better support services to help improve productivity.
