ECIgaretteDirect involves e-smokers in electronic cigarette fundraising attempt

Vapers are being asked to raise money for vital research into electronic cigarettes. And all they need to do is click one button on Facebook.

That’s the message from electronic cigarette company ECigaretteDirect, the UK supplier of the HALO electronic cigarette, which has found a different way of making a donation for Vapers Research.

“Vapers Club, who is raising the money to complete its research into the effects of the electronic cigarettes on air quality, has worked exhaustively in the cause of the electronic cigarette, a device they and we think can save the lives of millions of smokers,” said ECigaretteDirect’s Managing Director Jean Rasbridge.

“They deserve support. However, rather than just hand over some money, we tried to think of a fun and useful way to donate. As a result, we have laid down a challenge - if 100 e-cigarette users click our Facebook post on e-cigarette research, we will make a $300 donation towards vaping research. This, we hope, will help spread the word of the need for funding - and hopefully encourage others to make a similar donation.”
