Car insurance company named one of 50 best companies for diverse managers to work by Diversity MBA Magazine

MAYFIELD VILLAGE, Ohio - Diversity MBA magazine has named Progressive® Insurance to its “50 Out Front for Diversity Leadership: Best Places for Diverse Managers to Work” list. Annually, the magazine names the best companies for women and people of color to pursue leadership positions.

Diversity MBA magazine evaluates more than 400 companies on the Fortune 500 list based on their diversity, employee retention, recruitment and company accountability efforts. According to the magazine, the 2011 ranking was very competitive with a 30 percent increase in participation by companies.
