Calix Appoints Andy Lockhart as Senior Vice President, International Sales and Marketing

PETALUMA, CA— —Calix, Inc. (NYSE:CALX) today announced that, effective immediately, it has appointed Andy Lockhart as senior vice president, international sales and marketing. A new role at Calix, Andy will have overall responsibility for the establishment and development of Calix’s International business. A long time Cisco executive with over twenty years of experience in both launching and managing many of Cisco’s largest international operations, Andy brings a wide range of global and cross cultural leadership experience to Calix.

Andy Lockhart joins Calix after over twenty years at Cisco, where he developed a wide range of international and cross cultural leadership experience. Most recently, Andy held worldwide sales responsibility for the integration of Cisco’s largest acquisition in recent years. Andy was instrumental in establishing many of Cisco’s largest international business operations, including the founding of Cisco Japan, building Cisco’s Asia Pacific partner network, establishing Cisco’s UK Sales operation, and launching Cisco’s European Service Provider organization. He also led a number of Cisco’s major international organizations, including leadership roles as vice president Cisco Japan, vice president Northern Europe, and vice president Benelux. Andy holds a MBA from Stanford University and an electrical engineering degree from the University of British Columbia.
