Colorado Builder, Celebrity Custom Homes Opening Four Innovative Model Homes in Heritage Hills Gated Community

LONE TREE, Colo., Apr. 13, 2011 – Celebrity Custom Homes, one of Colorado’s oldest and most respected homebuilders, is introducing four new model homes as it opens the last parcel of land, the Overlook, in Lone Tree Colorado’s Heritage Hills neighborhood, a Denver area gated community. The new home models will be open and available for viewing beginning April 15, 2011.

According to Verdoorn, it may look like a risky time to launch a new section of a well-established neighborhood, but Celebrity’s typical homebuyer doesn’t necessarily make home buying decisions based on market fluctuations.
