Y&R appointed lead brand agency for Singapore Workforce Development Agency


SINGAPORE — Y&R Singapore has been appointed lead brand agency for the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA).

The agency is tasked with creating positive sentiment, awareness, and employer and workforce motivation towards the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) - a national credentialing system which trains, develops, assesses and recognises individuals for key competencies desired by companies across many industry sectors.

Y&R Singapore will develop a communications plan that will reflect an integrated approach to meeting these objectives across all major media including digital and on-ground activities.
