Pregame Gets Players Ready for the Kentucky Derby

In 2006, Kentucky Derby fans have wagered a total almost $1.5 million in futures betting before the race has begun. The overall total was the third highest in the eight year history of the Kentucky Derby Future Wager. Of the Downs’ 3 futures pools, the Pool 3 total also ranked as the third-best in that individual pool since the wager was introduced in 1999.
