Mr. Margolis is one of the leading experts in the regulatory laws that govern LAES. His career has included positions as Senior Regulatory Counsel at Nextel Communications, Assistant Deputy Chief Counsel of the Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice and most recently as Senior Director at the Legal Compliance Division at Neustar, Inc. Mr. Margolis holds a Juris Doctor degree from American University and is a member of the bar in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
