GEA wins 25 MEURO order for a new dairy plant in the Middle East

Bochum - GEA Group received an order worth EUR 25 million from Milco Industries Ltd (Tara) for the construction of a new dairy plant in Netivot, Israel. The plant will produce ESL milk (Extended Shelf Life), mixed milk beverages, yoghurt, desserts, several varieties of soft cheese, cottage cheese as well as semi hard cheese. GEA Process Engineering will supply the complete process equipment, provide the engineering and supervise the construction of the new plant. The project will probably be completed in April 2012.
