W.H.I.3 Receives Honor Check Certification

Alabama Home Inspection Service company, W.H.I.3 is awarded national certification.

Birmingham, Alabama, December, 2010: A Birmingham Alabama based Home Inspection Service Company called W.H.I.3 has received the prestigious Honor Check Certification by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).

Only the top home inspectors are eligible to receive this honor each year. W.H.I.3 has been certified to be a member in good standing through October, 2011. The award is issued through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Incorporated, which is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting home inspectors maintain inspection excellence.

Anthony Westbrook, owner of W.H.I.3 displays the InterNACHI webseal on the home page of the company’s website http://www.whi3.com. He states that his company received the honor after passing the examinations of NACHI’s Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. These include three duties: duty to the public, duty to the profession and duty to continue in the education of home inspections, including staying abreast of governmental regulations and environmental issues. Reexamination occurs every year.

This honor is backed by a $10,000 guarantee. According to the InterNACHI website, “InterNACHI will pay up to US $10,000.00 (maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by a member of who had displayed the Honor Guarantee webseal on his/her inspection business website and was convicted of or pled guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member’s taking of the personal property. ” The website goes on to say, “InterNACHI’s Honor Guarantee is valid in all of the U.S. and Canada. ”
