TestAmerica Creates Dedicated Client Support Role for TotalAccess

TestAmerica has appointed Craig Anderson to the new role of Field Sales Engineer for the increasingly popular internet-based TotalAccess project management tool.

Client usage of TestAmerica’s dynamic TotalAccess online data management system has dramatically increased over the past 12 months. During that period, there have been numerous new developments of client utility features, enhancing the convenience and benefits of using TotalAccess. To facilitate continued client adoption and loyalty, TestAmerica has appointed Craig Anderson to the role of Field Sales Engineer.

The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that users of the TotalAccess system gain maximum benefit and delivery from the market’s leading online data management product. Among the many services the Field Sales Engineer will provide include: client application demonstrations, end-user training, user account customization assistance, help desk support, and advanced troubleshooting services.

Prior to being promoted to Field Sales Engineer for the TotalAccess system, Craig Anderson served in the capacity of Network Technician for TestAmerica where he managed the complete server system, networking hardware, security and firewall systems, and back-up routines.
