Safetyshop make sure you get what you want with their ‘Design-a-Sign’ service

Safetyshop, one of the UK’s largest online retailers of safety signs and safety equipment, has launched ‘Design-a-Sign’, an innovative new service for all its customers. Based on consumer feedback and a rise in demand for bespoke safety signs, Safetyshop now have the technology online that allows customer to design their own signs, to their own specifications.

Design-a-Sign is an online service which allows businesses and individuals to create the safety signs they need. The customised solution gives customers access to a database of widely used safety and hazard warning symbols and the chance to insert text of their choice.

Safetyshop’s Kim Slack said: “Here at Safetyshop.com, listening to and responding to our customers is our highest priority. As we continue to invest in our online shopping experience we’re always making changes based upon customer feedback.

“We understand that customers can’t always find what they are looking for and that’s one of the reasons we introduced Design-a-Sign. Although we offer thousands of signs we now also have the technology online that allows customers to design their very own signs. It’s important that we ask for customer feedback, listen to it and actually use it. If a customer can’t find the sign they require now they can create their own.”

The launch of Design-a-Sign comes alongside the announcement that Safetyshop will now offer the services of personal advisors to all customers. Safetyshop’s personal advisors will help businesses and individuals to source the correct products to meet any budget and can help to make sure the products purchased meet specific health and safety requirements.
