Win Two Leather Jackets from IL2L.com, worth up to £300

Online leather jacket retailer IL2L.com has launched a competition that will see one of its fans win two leather jackets from its collection. Entries are accepted via the company’s Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/IL2L.Leather.Jackets.

The prize, worth up to £300, allows the winner to choose any two leather jackets from the IL2L website. The competition started on 28/09/2010 and entries will be accepted up to 30/10/2010; the winner will be notified by e-mail by the 07/12/2010.

IL2L.com’s Marketing Manager Richard Arron explains the idea behind the competition: "We figured that pretty much every family has an old, battered vintage leather jacket in the back of a cupboard somewhere, and that a lot of these jackets have great stories to tell.

"Many of them almost have the status of family heirlooms, and have been worn by several generations of the same family.

"We want to hear your leather jacket story; perhaps your jacket used to belong to someone famous, or your mum or dad wore it to a famous gig or protest?

"To enter, just ’Like’ our Facebook page and tell us your leather jacket story using the contact form. We’ll pick the story we think is most interesting and the winner will be able to choose any two leather jackets from the IL2L website.

“For inspiration, we’ve added a few examples of our own leather jacket stories to the IL2L.com blog, which you can access through our Facebook page. Take a look and then send us your own story; good luck!”
