Watt Works Consulting Expands UK Team with Appointment of Director of Training

Watt Works Consulting Ltd, based in Cheshire, is expanding its UK operation further with the recent appointment of a new Director of Training – Damian Hamill.

David Kerr – owner and Managing Director of Watt Works – said, “We are delighted to welcome Damian Hamill to our UK team, and are confident that his unique blend of skills will help us to continue to add value for our clients across the UK, as well as build our presence still further in London and the South East.”

Damian joins Watt Works with many years experience as a respected coach, trainer and facilitator working across the public, private and voluntary sectors.  He is a Master Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP, a hypnotherapist certified at an advanced level and an INLPTA certified NLP Coach Practitioner. In addition, Damian has been delivering training to a variety of business audiences for a number of years across a range of professional and personal development areas including performance improvement, stress management, creativity, hypnotherapy, clinical hypnosis, communication and development.

David Kerr continued, “Along with Damian’s superb training experience and credentials, his experience also includes working in the City of London advising PLCs at Board level on communication issues, both in an individual capacity and as part of an agency team. This aspect of skill set was also of particular interest to us in being to continue to build the Watt Works brand. His knowledge of the demands and expectations of corporate cultures enables him to make his training highly relevant whilst also encouraging original thinking and innovative problem solving.”
