ThemeShark.com Premium Drupal Themes Adds Club Memberships and PSD 2 Drupal Services to Their Repertoire

With the release of Drupal 7’s first beta right around the corner, 2010 is shaping up to be an important year for the robust content management system. Rob DeCoste, the man behind www.ThemeShark.com and an early vendor of premium Drupal themes, is ready for it.

Once a part-time venture, at the beginning of July ThemeShark launched two new services: Club Memberships, similar to those offered by Joomla and Wordpress theme developers, and a PSD 2 Drupal service. Rob is excited about focusing on Drupal full-time.

"It’s going to give me a lot more of an opportunity to contribute back to the Drupal community. When I started out I’d planned to develop Wordpress themes and Joomla themes too. Now I can’t imagine working with anything but Drupal.”

“In 2008 there were only two other sites competing with us. Just in the last year there’s been some significant growth ,” says Rob, and he welcomes the competition. "A lot more themers are noticing Drupal, and that’s great. Three years ago there wasn’t much choice, and I think that held Drupal back to some extent. But now? The quality of available drupal themes, including our own, is just getting better and better.”
