Rhode Island Genealogy Site Launches

RhodeIsland-Genealogy.net today announced their official online grand opening. The site organizes family history and genealogy references in an easy to find format organized by each county. This helps family history researchers to more easily find the records that they are looking for to help document and expand their heritage research. There are also brief historical profiles for each county and an ongoing article series related to the history of Rhode Island.

“Rhode Island Genealogy has been a fun site to work on. There is such a rich history to the area. I was only aware of a fraction of the rich tapestry of the state history before working on this project. I hope that the resources that we have managed to bring together on the county pages will be of use to genealogists and look forward to getting underway with the detailed profiles of the Cities and Towns of the state,” said site owner Avery Parker.
