BroadSoft Wins Stevie® Award at 8th Annual American Business AwardsSM

GAITHERSBURG, MD - BroadSoft®, the leading global provider of IP-based communications services to the telecommunications industry, announced today that its BroadWorks® Mobility Suite was named winner of the Stevie Award for Best New Product of the Year - Software as a Service at the 2010 American Business Awards.

The awards were presented during ceremonies at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network.

More than 200 executives across the country participated in the judging process to determine the finalists and Stevie Award winners. In the Best New Product of the Year categories, finalists and winners were selected for innovative solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness of a company or organization.

BroadSoft’s BroadWorks Mobility Suite enables service providers to offer a range of IP-based communications applications to their subscribers, including Hosted Unified Communications, Hosted Video Communications and location-based services through a single VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) application platform. With BroadWorks Mobility Suite, service providers can extend enterprise IP-based communications capabilities to enterprise employee mobile devices, enhancing employee productivity and collaboration.
