Phantom Screens Creates New Project Services Program Aimed At Architects And Builders

ABBOTSFORD, British Columbia (June 10, 2010) — Phantom Screens®, the provider of retractable screen solutions, announced today the launch of their new Architectural and Builder Services program. The program will provide building and design professionals with a dedicated channel for product specification and the integration of Phantom retractable screen solutions with their residential and commercial building projects.

Through the Architectural and Builder Services program, architects and builders will be able to add Phantom retractable screens to their projects during the planning and drafting stages. Specifically, the Architectural and Builder Services program will offer:
• Access to online resources such as drafting and project planning tools; • A library of Phantom project case studies; • Educational seminars; • Marketing and sales materials that can be used independently or integrated with customer
presentations.

Phantom has promoted two veteran executives to manage the new program. Roberto Amaya will oversee the Architectural channel as Manager, Architectural Services, and Joe Mareci will lead the builder side as Manager, Builder Development Services.

Amaya brings over 12 years of building product experience focused on personalized architectural services to his position. During his career, he has worked with some of the top North American luxury goods manufacturers. In the international arena, Amaya has successfully secured project contracts with international luxury resort developments and the luxury residential market.

“This new program gives me the ability to bring a level of personalized assistance and expert design consultation directly to architects that is unmatched in the retractable screen industry,” notes Amaya.

Mareci has been responsible for providing training and support to home builders and designers across the US on the latest Phantom Screens product offerings and installation concepts. Mareci is currently serving his second term as a trustee to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) National Council of the Housing Industry (NCHI).

According to Mareci, “the interactive nature of this new program will enable builders to sample a variety of design and product options during the planning and building stages. As a result, I believe they will find it easier to incorporate retractable screen solutions into their projects in new and exciting ways that will enhance and differentiate their work.”
