New Management Steers iSheriff to Internet Security as a Service

Orange, California, USA (April 15, 2010) – Internet security as a service vendor, iSheriff Ltd, has announced a major management restructure and re-financing of the company as it launches a new brand and new solutions. The company was previously based in Queensland and New South Wales, Australia. In August 2009 iSheriff announced it was seeking expressions of interest from potential investors in the wake of financial difficulties.

“We have had a total change of management at iSheriff, forming a new company with a new strategy and focus on cloud-based security services,” continued Marquez.

“Our investors, the O’Leary Group, have provided a complete refinancing of the business and have heavily re-invested in the new company, its management and a shift in strategy to Internet security as a service.”

Security as a Service (SaaS) is a rapidly growing trend in corporate IT security spending as businesses around the globe look to outsource key security tasks in an effort to streamline services and cut costs from shrinking budgets.
