TestAmerica Introduces a New Boston Service Center

TestAmerica announces the opening of a new service center in Waltham, Massachusetts. The location will provide support to clients in Eastern Massachusetts, with a specific focus to Boston area clients. The 1,300 square foot facility officially opened its operations on August 3, 2009.

TestAmerica’s Boston Service Center and professional staff offer customers courier services, pick-up, and drop-off of sample containers and supplies, as well as provide all typical project management support services to ensure proper execution of client driven programs. TestAmerica’s continued investment in facilities, systems, and infrastructure provides clients convenient access to TestAmerica’s premier network of laboratories and capabilities.

Mr. Paul Hobart will serve as TestAmerica’s Customer Service Manager for the Boston Service Center. Mr. Hobart brings 19 years of environmental industry and management experience, including laboratory operations, project management, and customer service management.
