Workplace 3.0 streamlines document processes the O3Spaces way: fast and easy

With the introduction of the all new O3Spaces Workplace 3.0, O3Spaces adds new functionality to its collaborative document management system, letting customers streamline their document processes with O3Spaces’ signature ease and comfort.

O3Spaces offers ’Scanning & Digitization’, ’E-mail archiving’, ’Rule-based Document Processing’, and ’Template Management & Document Generation’ solutions, enabling customers to regain control over, and streamline their document processes in a controlled manner.

O3Spaces 3.0 incorporates powerful new collaboration features for increased team productivity and information discovery, such as Wiki and Labeling. Workplace’s flexibility and connectivity have been further extended, again increasing the inherent value of the Workplace repository.

A recent example can be found at the Dutch patent office (OCNL), which has selected O3Spaces Workplace 3.0 as their collaborative document management solution. Sander Mittertreiner, project manager OpenSource Desktop at OCNL, elaborates; “O3Spaces is implemented as central document repository to enhance team productivity and information discovery on the one hand. On the other hand, O3Spaces ties both our office environment and e-mail system into the collaborative document management environment”.

The latest O3Spaces Workplace release, version 3.0, is available in two commercial editions. The Express Edition is an out-of-the-box document management solution for departments, workgroups and SMB’s. The Enterprise Edition is the extensible full-featured content management server for customers looking to refine their document management environment and streamline their document-centric business processes. Both editions are available as traditional ’on-premises’ installations and through the O3Spaces On-Demand service (SAAS).
